The Triseal Story |
|
 |
|
TRISEAL CORPORATION was founded in May of 1985, when
Ray and Patricia Wales purchased the Heavy Duty Seal Division of
Albert Trostel Packings, Ltd. of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The
corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility were established
in Hebron, Illinois about 70 miles northwest of Chicago.
Ray and Patricia built TRISEAL CORPORATION on the single idea: "To
Provide Heavy Duty distributors and fleets with a high quality seal
designed specifically for the aftermarket replacement environment."
Since most other competitive wheel seal sources design, develop, and
market wheel seal products for installation on OEM Assembly lines,
Ray and Patricia recognized a strong need for wheel seals made
strictly for aftermarket replacement. There is a genuine need for
Heavy Duty wheel seal products designed for maximum performance
value in a "less than perfect" real world environment that will more
effectively meet the needs of these Heavy Duty customers.
Due to customer demand, the TRISEAL manufacturing department has
expanded five-fold since it began over 18 years ago. The overall
product coverage has expanded to include a variety of wheel-end
sealing products, which include hubcaps, sealing gaskets,
hubodometers, and the new disposable installation tools. TRISEAL has
continued to add engineers and field technicians to its growing
staff to ensure that the company's products and services meet or
exceed the demands and expectations of the end product user.
In 1985, when the company began, the only product manufactured was a
Two-Piece Leather Seal utilizing a wear ring. While many fleets and
repair facilities used this sealing concept with great success,
equally as many found that they were successful using Rubber Seals
of One-Piece construction. In September of 1987, TRISEAL had
designed and was granted a United States Patent for their One-Piece
Unitized Rubber Seal. This enabled Triseal to offer uses of
One-Piece and Two-Piece oil bath and grease seals to meet the needs
and preferences of their customers.
In November of 1996, TRISEAL CORPORATION branded their seals
Maximum Value and Performance (M V P), further signifying the
products' quality of construction, proven performance and cost
effectiveness.
Currently, TRISEAL maintains its existence as a privately held
corporation owned and managed by Patricia Wales, who serves as
President and Chief Executive Officer. Patricia remains dedicated to
making the plans and taking the actions that are necessary to
continue to provide our customers with the best aftermarket seal in
the market today.
"Our customers demand the very best in quality, and we provide it!
If you are not yet a customer, let us demonstrate the technical
expertise, quality product and customer service capabilities that
keep our customers coming back", says Patricia |

The Driving Force |

The photographs below are of Ray Wales, Founder of
TRISEAL, and Patricia Wales, President and CEO of TRISEAL
CORPORATION
Founder Ray Wales, built TRISEAL on a single idea
. . . to be the only Wheel Seal Manufacturer dedicated to the needs
of distributors and fleets in the heavy duty aftermarket.
After more than 18 years, TRISEAL CORPORATION
remains the only manufacturer focused solely on wheel seals. The
result is a product that out-performs all others in tough
aftermarket applications.
We are driven by the needs of distributors and
fleets: people that know the OEM part installed by the manufacturer
is not necessarily the best available part. These people value
TRISEAL’S knowledge of the replacement market.
Maybe you’ve heard of TRISEAL and maybe you
haven’t. We’ve quietly grown by being the best in our field. Our
customers recognize our efforts, and reward us with their loyalty.
And to those valued customers, we say, “Thanks for the support!”
If you are not yet a customer, let us
demonstrate the technical expertise, quality of products, and
customer service capabilities that keep our customers coming back. |
